Jim Johnstone

Jim is a born and bred Highlander hailing from Glenurquhart, just a few miles from Loch Ness.

In his early twenties he came into the world of chauffeur driven car hire, and quickly realised that there was a need for specific driver/guides as opposed to simply chauffeurs—however professional they may be.

Though initially in partnership with others Jim soon took overall control, and a learning process began.

His love of history and genuine enjoyment in sharing his country with visitors, from all over the world, has made Jim one of Scotland’s best known driver/guides.
